Kingwood College Project

The Kingwood college has a program that teaches graphic art. We allow them to come see the press in operation. Creating an invitation to each student was done by variable data. I have enclosed, the static portion, the variable data the, and printer characteristics and final output.

Designed by Kingwood College students, who were invited to come and observe while we printed their projects. The week before we printed black and cyan then came magenta and yellow on second run. . The project is all 4 up and were cut to size. Cut to size for to finishing Their project was a success.
Setup the printing unit by turning the dampening system on, lowering the squeeze roller and setting dampening volume to about 2 on the press. I turned each printing unit.
Prepared ink system by opening all the printing keys and set them to 11. My press crew and I examined trial sheet impressions until we had proper density and positioning.
